Going from an unknown to a second-team all-Greater Valley Conference player was a big step up, but his growth has continued.
The 6-4 guard had huge games in West Salem’s first two games of the season, scoring 33 points in Wednesday’s season-opening 56-52 win against Corvallis and 18 points in Friday’s 73-53 win against South Medford.
Greeley was selected as the athlete of the week by a poll of readers of the Statesman Journal.
He has committed to play basketball at Seattle.
