Sprague, Central, Dallas, Silverton and Cascade players are all state

Sprague’s Teagan Quitoriano, Cascade’s Dominic Federico and Cody Teal, Dallas’ Tanner Earhart and Central’s Marlon Tuipulotu and Peter Mason were among Mid-Valley football players selected first team all-state.

Quitoriano, a junior, was selected first-team Class 6A all-state at defensive line and second team at tight end.

Also from Sprague, center Spencer Nofziger, lineman Kyle Rosenau, lineman Tanner Sorensen, defensive back Nick Brotton and running back Dane McKinney were named honorable mention all-state.

West Salem senior quarterback Jared Oliver was named honorable mention all-state.

McNary senior defensive lineman Kolby Barker was named honorable mention all-state, as was McKay senior punter Adolfo Lua.

In 5A, Tuipulotu was named first-team all-state at offensive and defensive line and Mason was named first-team all-state at receiver and defensive back.

Earhart, a senior, was named first-team all-state at running back and senior lineman Cody Janssen was first-team all-state at the offensive line.

Also for Dallas, junior tight end T.J. Dimick was second-team all-state, as was defensive lineman Cade Caudill and linebacker Jacob Collins.

Silverton’s Dustin Gubbels was named first-team all-state at offensive line. Also for Silverton, senior defensive lineman, senior linebacker Lance Cline and senior punter Austin Haskett were named second-team all-state and junior receiver Spencer Clements was named honorable mention.

In 4A, Stayton junior Jerry Daniels was named first-team all-state at defensive line and second team at running back.

Teal and Federico were both named first-team all-state at offensive line and second-team at defensive line.

Cascade senior Cota Wakem was named first-team at linebacker and senior Michael Biddington was named first team at defensive back and honorable mention at receiver.

North Marion senior punter Tanner Scanlan was named first-team all-state at punter and honorable mention at receiver and senior Hunter Martin was named honorable mention at quarterback.
