Zach Bernards, Dayton
The senior was the 3A co-player of the year as a junior after averaging 23 points, 6.1 rebounds and 4.6 assists per game.
Julian Downey, Santiam
The junior guard transferred from Silverton where he helped the Foxes win the 2015 state championship and he averaged 10.2 points per game last year.
Kyle Greeley, West Salem
A junior guard, he made a huge leap last year and transformed himself into a player to be accounted with.
Simeon Hess, Western Mennonite
The senior guard asserted himself as a premier player in the state last season.
Matthew Ismay, McNary
The senior wing is a shutdown defender for the Celtics and will be looked upon to take on more of the scoring.

The sophomore point guard averaged 10 points and 3.4 assists and was second-team all-league as a freshman.
Bryce Piete, Regis
The senior guard was a first-team all-league player as a junior and has developed into a class of his own.
Tanner Scanlan, North Marion
The three-sport star senior averaged 17.5 points and 7.2 rebounds per game as a junior.
Teagan Quitoriano, Sprague
The junior forward was a first-team all-league player as a sophomore after averaging a double-double.
R.J. Veliz, Blanchet
The sophomore point guard averaged 10.5 points and five assists per game as a freshman and became a go-to player.
